-September 8, 2026 - October 6, 2026 - Cancel between these dates to receive a refund less a $100 cancellation fee.
-Cancellations received after October 6, 2026 will not be refunded. Refunds will not be made for no shows.

The deadline to submit abstracts was Wednesday, May 6 at noon central. Authors will receive notice of inclusion in the program in mid-July.

The ASOPRS room block is for Tuesday-Thursday nights. If you are staying Friday night and beyond, please make a reservation with ASOPRS for Tuesday-Thursday and a separate reservation for remaining nights. This helps ASOPRS meet our reservations commitment with the hotel.
