Registration Includes: Admission to all Scientific Sessions, Friday, Saturday and Sunday breakfasts and breaks, Welcome Reception (Thursday) and the Annual Banquet/New Member Inductions (Saturday).
The meeting will not be live streamed or recorded.
Cancellations/Refunds: Early Registration ends April 15, 2025. ASOPRS will issue a refund, less a $150 administrative fee, upon receipt of written notice on or before April 15. No refunds will be provided after this date.

Update as of 4/21/25 - The ASOPRS room block cutoff date has passed. As we get closer to the meeting dates, rooms may become available on the Silverado's website. Or, downtown Napa has several hotels and is less than a 15 minute drive from the Silverado.
