Registration Includes: Admission to all Scientific Sessions, Friday, Saturday and Sunday breakfasts and breaks, Welcome Reception (Thursday) and the Annual Banquet/New Member Inductions (Saturday).
The meeting will not be live streamed or recorded.
Cancellations/Refunds: Early Registration ends April 15, 2025. ASOPRS will issue a refund, less a $150 administrative fee, upon receipt of written notice on or before April 15. No refunds will be provided after this date.

The ASOPRS Annual Golf Tournament will be at the Silverado's North Course. Golf Tournament Package: $249, includes greens fees and golf cart. Club rentals need to be arranged ahead of time and are $85/set.
6-9 pm ASOPRS Annual Banquet and New Member Inductions
Hearty banquet-style food, dancing, and new member inductions (7:00 pm).
Outdoors; casual/business casual dress recommended.

Reserve a room online at the ASOPRS group rates outlined below. A resort fee of $35 per night, taxes and fees are additional. The room block will be available until sold out or April 15, 2025.
Resort Room - $439
Junior Suite - $459 (studio suite with kitchenette)
One Bedroom Suite - $519 (1 bedroom suite, separate living space and full kitchen)
Mansion rooms are located closer to the mansion/meeting space. Cottage rooms are along the North Golf Couse/Driving Range. Both room types are similar in size.
